The 680 hectares of rainforest that we protect offer an excellent variety of trails. Instead of cutting our own paths through the forest, we use the same ones that the Cabecar use. This helps to minimize the damage to primary and secondary rainforests.

Depending on the hike, it may also include a visit to the Cabecar. And for a richer experience, we will teach you some Cabecar phrases.

This is also a great opportunity to observe the local flora and fauna, including giant rainforest trees, orchids, heliconias and palms, among many others.
